Underlying the success of effective learning, application and transfer is an effective learning strategy. The strategy creates a structured environment for authentic learning reflection and real change opportunity for people, as they develop and apply their abilities. It needs to be people centred, with elements that show people how to reflect in structured and repeatable ways "empowers active learning to create knowledge” and provides structure to shift people from being “siloed” to be interdependent contributors embracing difference in work-groups.
